CASE STUDY
In this project, we carried out case study at Kampung Admiralty, Singapore. We investigate the building and do research to identify basic building design for hot and humid climate. We analyse the effect of thermal comfort in a person and in a space relating to sun, wind, sound and heat. We learn to criticise design of the space in terms of comfort level by referring to MS1525, UBBL and GBI, Green Mark.

Kampung Admiralty is the first integrated building in Singapore which bring together a mic of facilities and services under one roof. This one-stop integrated complex, on the other hand, maximises land use, and is a prototype for meeting the needs of Singapore’s ageing population.
