PROPJECT PROPOSAL REPORT
This assignment requires you to document Architectural Design Project proposal. The report shall reflect understanding in the terminologies, knowledge areas, application of the tools and systems planning whilst demonstrating your capabilities in discharging your duties as an Architect. In this assignment, you are required to investigate and analyze the roles and responsibilities of a client, project manager, project teams (which consist of consultants in various fields) and other stakeholders involved in a project life cycle. The final report must clearly state the project objectives while understanding the strategies to achieve a satisfactory project completion & goal.

From this project, I have learned professional roles of the Project Team, including the range and scope of project activities & different stages of work relevant to typical construction industry project. I'm able to justify design suitability and project viability using Project Analysis, PESTLE and SWOT methods and analyze Project Management tools and techniques to control and communicate, as well as summarize strategies on the changes, which occur during a project’s life cycle in response to the client's objectives.ï‚·Lastly is learned to compile a framework of risk management to achieve a common goal.
